See something in an email, call 828 276 5157, and we write your name on it and set it behind the counter for 24 hours. No deposit, no card over the phone. If you change your mind, it goes back on the floor and nobody minds.
About the clubs
What do I get for joining the VIP Club?
First look at new pieces before they go on the floor, a 24 hour hold on any one of a kind piece you call about, and an email when something arrives that matches what you collect. Nothing else.
How often will you email me?
When there is something worth telling you about. New arrivals, a sale, or a piece we pulled aside because it had your name on it. Not on a schedule, and never for the sake of sending something.
Do I have to give you a phone number?
No. We only ask for an email address. We do not send text messages.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to send you store email and, for the Birthday Club, to mail you a card. We do not sell it and we do not share it. The full detail is on our privacy page.
How do I stop the emails?
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are out, with no hard feelings and no follow up.
